Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by following FIFO/LIFO principles wherever applicable.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff while ensuring high productivity and discipline.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, procurement, and other internal teams for timely inward and outward movement of goods.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, FIFO & LIFO practices.
- Experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Relevant certifications in Warehouse or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
