Accounts & HR Associate — Madurai (On-site/Hybrid)

Who This Role Is For
We are looking for a process-driven professional who takes pride in accuracy and long-term stability. This is ideal for:
- B.Com graduates or CA dropouts with real accounting exposure.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance operations.
- Someone looking to build a high-value resume in a structured, global environment.
What You Will Do
- Reconciliation: Cross-check student session logs against coach hours for payout accuracy.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records in Zoho Books and Excel—precision is non-negotiable.
- Receivables: Track international fee collections (USD, SGD, GBP, INR) in Zoho CRM and Razorpay.
- Payroll & HR: Manage staff records via Zoho Payroll/People and draft HR documents (offer letters, posts, etc.).
- Compliance: Handle basic GST/TDS documentation and payment records.
- Collaboration: Liaise with the Founder and Operations Lead to resolve financial discrepancies.
Tools You Will Master
- Zoho One Suite: Books, Payroll, People, CRM, and Sheets.
- Payment Gateways: Razorpay (International).
You Will Thrive Here If
- You have a B.Com/CA-Inter background (articleship is a strong plus).
- You are an Excel power user who builds clean, automated sheets.
- You understand the practical application of GST and TDS.
- You write clear, professional English for HR and internal comms.
- Attention to detail: A ₹500 discrepancy bothers you until it’s found.
- Chess Interest: You have a basic love for the game (a 1000+ rating on Chess.com/Lichess is a plus).
- Tech Ready: You own a reliable laptop, smartphone, and a 50+ Mbps home internet connection.
