Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor security guards at multiple sites.
- Ensure proper deployment, attendance, grooming and discipline of security personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections and surprise checks.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure guards follow company SOPs and security procedures.
- Handle emergency situations and prepare incident reports.
- Arrange replacement guards in case of absenteeism.
- Conduct briefing and on-site training for security guards.
- Maintain daily reports, attendance and operational records.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in security manpower operations / field supervision preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel between client locations.
- Local Calicut candidate residing at Calicut Town.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence & own two wheeler.
