Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Social Sciences, Communications, etc.
3-5 years of experience in content development, instructional design, knowledge management, or digital learning systems (experience in the NGO/social sector preferred).
Strong writing and documentation skills, with ability to translate technical content into simple, actionable learning.
Working Proficiency with LMS/KMS platforms ( Moodle, Articulate, SharePoint, or equivalents).
Understanding of accessibility standards and disability-inclusive communication is desirable.
