Senior Skin Therapist – Aesthetic Clinic
We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and experienced Skin Therapist to join our growing aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in advanced skin, laser, hair, and body treatments, excellent patient communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive skin consultations and skin analysis.
- Recommend and perform customized treatment plans based on patient concerns.
- Independently perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
- HydraFacial & Medi Facials
- Chemical Peels
- Laser Hair Reduction
- Carbon Laser Peel & Laser Toning
- Microneedling (Dermapen)
- MNRF & HIFU
- PRP, GFC, Mesotherapy & Exosome Hair Treatments
- Skin Rejuvenation & Anti-Aging Procedures
- Body Contouring, RF, Cavitation & EMS Treatments
- Assist doctors during Botox, Fillers, Thread Lift, Mole/Tag Removal, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate treatment records, clinical photographs, and patient follow-ups.
- Ensure proper sterilization, infection control, and maintenance of aesthetic equipment.
- Build strong patient relationships and help achieve high treatment satisfaction and package conversions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
- Proficiency in handling laser and aesthetic devices.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, treatment protocols, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred: Candidates residing within 5–10 km of the clinic will be given preference.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
