Role: IT Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across infrastructure and managed services.
- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline that aligns with company objectives.
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify and acquire new clients through in-person meetings, site visits, industry events, and direct client engagements.
- Qualify leads and guide opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
Negotiation & Closing
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
- Close enterprise-level deals with clear commercial acumen and strategic insight.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and meet/exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business goals.
- Prepare and share regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights with senior leadership.
Required Experience & Skills:
- of proven experience in IT Infrastructure, OEM Industry, Enterprise Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
- Demonstrated track record in selling infrastructure, managed services, consulting, cloud, or security solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand and interpret client needs.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and influence decision-making.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
