About Us
Shrenik Goyal Architects is an innovative architecture and interior design firm dedicated to creating sophisticated, functional spaces. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial projects, ranging from minimalist modern interiors to large-scale developments like hill villas. Our design philosophy blends a "mature" and "simpler" aesthetic with artisanal textures and professional precision. At SGA, we pride ourselves on delivering projects that are as technically sound as they are visually inspiring.

Key Responsibilities
1. Detailed BOQ Preparation
- Translate design concepts and 3D renders into granular Bills of Quantities.
- Ensure every technical detail, from artisanal finishes to hardware specifications, is meticulously documented.
- Conduct site measurements and review AutoCAD drawings to ensure 100% accuracy in quantification.
2. Costing & Value Engineering
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and comparative analysis.
- Identify opportunities for Value Engineering, suggesting material alternatives that maintain the SGA aesthetic while optimizing the client's investment.
3. Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Maintain and expand our database of high-quality vendors, contractors, and specialized craftsmen.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines for everything from basic civil materials to bespoke furniture and lighting.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from issuing Purchase Orders to ensuring on-time delivery at the site.
4. Quality Assurance
- Work closely with Site Supervisors to verify that on-site materials match the approved BOQ specifications.
- Manage the sample approval process, ensuring all materials align with the firm's modern and professional design standards.
