We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Captain to manage floor operations, lead the service team, and ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Manage and guide stewards and runners
- Take orders and assist guests with menu selection
- Ensure service quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service flow
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards
- Ability to handle peak-hour pressure
- Team management skills
Experience
- 2–5 years in restaurant/hospitality
- Previous supervisory role preferred
