Position : WELDER
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Welder to join our growing team at P S Rolls Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be proficient in multiple welding techniques and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality welds using SAW (Submerged Arc Welding), MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding), and Arc (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to ensure precise assembly.
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, grinding, or cutting as necessary for optimal weld penetration.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working order to ensure operational efficiency.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional welder.
- Expertise in the following welding methods:
- SAW Welding
-MIG Welding
-Arc Welding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
