Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Road Surveyor to join our infrastructure project team in Aurangabad, Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting field surveys, collecting and analyzing survey data, preparing survey reports, and ensuring accurate measurements for road construction and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct topographical, route, and alignment surveys for road construction projects.
- Perform site measurements and establish survey control points.
- Operate survey equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Prepare survey drawings, maps, and reports.
- Verify project layouts, road alignments, and construction levels.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
- Ensure survey activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate survey records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in road, highway, or infrastructure surveying projects.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and relevant software such as AutoCAD and survey data processing tools.
- Strong understanding of road alignment, leveling, and construction survey practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on government road projects, highways, or infrastructure developments.
- Knowledge of DGPS and GIS-based surveying techniques.
- Ability to work independently in field conditions.
Compensation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
