About the Role
Studio 5 Design is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting the company's complete IT infrastructure.
The candidate should be capable of independently handling network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, switches, load balancers, NAS/storage, backups, systems, security, and IT support.
This is a hands-on infrastructure role where the candidate will be expected to take end-to-end ownership of the organization's IT environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain the company's complete IT infrastructure.
- Monitor servers, network devices, storage systems, internet connectivity, and critical IT services.
- Ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure.
- Perform regular infrastructure health checks, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, configurations, and asset records.
Servers & Systems
- Manage Windows/Linux servers and related infrastructure.
- Handle server installation, configuration, monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, user accounts, permissions, and policies.
- Monitor server performance, storage capacity, and system availability.
- Manage virtualization environments where applicable.
IT Security
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and best practices.
- Manage endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, access control, and system updates.
- Monitor and respond to infrastructure-related security incidents.
- Ensure regular patching and security updates across systems.
IT Support & Operations
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, network connectivity, and other IT equipment.
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding from an IT infrastructure perspective.
- Maintain IT assets, licenses, warranties, and vendor information.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
- Develop and maintain backup and disaster-recovery plans.
- Ensure critical systems and data can be restored in case of hardware failure, data loss, or other incidents.
- Conduct periodic disaster-recovery and backup recovery tests.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/network administration.
- Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end IT infrastructure.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience in NAS Backup, Load Balancer, Firewall and Switch configuration, along with the ability to independently manage and handle the complete IT infrastructure of the organization.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage IT infrastructure with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and vendor-management skills.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is not limited to desktop support but can independently take ownership of the entire IT infrastructure of the organization.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Senior IT professional who can manage everything from day-to-day IT support to critical infrastructure such as NAS Backup, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Switches, Servers, Network Security, and Disaster Recovery.
Key expectation: End-to-end ownership of Studio 5 Design's IT Infrastructure.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
