We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Operations & Client Coordinator (Fresher) to act as the central hub of our team. In this role, you will work directly with leadership to streamline daily operations, manage executive schedules, oversee team progress, and handle vital client-facing communications and market outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Scheduling: Manage calendar, schedule internal/external meetings, and ensure daily agendas run smoothly.
- Team Coordination & Reporting: Act as the bridge between leadership and the execution team. Track the workflow status of all ongoing projects and provide regular, structured updates to leadership.
- Client Relationship Management: Actively follow up with clients for project updates, feedback, and requirements. Collect necessary data/documents from clients and accurately distribute them to the internal team.
- Communication Management: Draft and dispatch official emails and correspondence as directed by leadership.
- Outreach & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, follow up on leads, and actively build relationships with lead generators to expand our pipeline.
- Digital Branding Support: Assist with basic marketing efforts, including managing and publishing pre-drafted content on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA Graduate or a similar post-graduate management qualification.
- Experience: Prior experience in executive assistance, client relationship management, or operations coordination is a strong plus (but enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Confident in making professional phone calls and drafting formal emails.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in email clients, calendar management tools, project management software, and LinkedIn.
- Attributes: High emotional intelligence, strong problem-solving skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
