Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver lectures in areas such as Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Strategy, HR, and Operations
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments
- Use innovative teaching methods (case studies, simulations, experiential learning)
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
2. Research & Publications
- Conduct high-quality research in management or related domains
- Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals
- Present papers at conferences, seminars, and workshops
3. Student Mentorship & Engagement
- Guide and mentor students in academic and career development
- Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations
- Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities
4. Academic Administration
- Participate in curriculum development and review
- Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance processes
- Assist in departmental and institutional committees
5. Industry Interaction & Collaboration
- Build industry connections for guest lectures, internships, and placements
- Engage in consultancy and industry-driven projects
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in General Management or related field with First Class
- Ph.D. in Management Ph.D. (preferred)
- NET/SET qualification
