Position: Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager
Division: TRS (Business Travel) & CRD (Car Rental)
Location: Ahmedabad

Position Overview
The purpose of this role is to drive profitable sales acquisition, client retention, and business expansion for the TRS (Business Travel) and CRD (Car Rental) business. The incumbent will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, maximizing sales performance, and ensuring sustained revenue growth through consultative selling and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new business while consistently achieving assigned sales targets.
- Personally lead sales efforts for large and strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute business strategies for profitable customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with disciplined CRM management and forecasting.
- Implement structured sales governance through regular pipeline reviews, opportunity tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Upsell and cross-sell TRS (Business Travel), CRD (Car Rental), and other service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored travel and mobility solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, RFI/RFP opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging market developments.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen client relationships and maximize account value.
- Identify opportunities to improve client profitability through tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, procurement teams, HR, and travel administrators.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with key accounts to strengthen engagement and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high service standards and timely issue resolution.
- Work closely with operations, customer service, finance, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and achieve shared business objectives.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong executive-level relationship management and influencing capabilities.
- Sound business acumen and understanding of the travel and mobility industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of CRM tools (preferably Salesforce or equivalent), sales analytics, and pipeline management.
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional attitude with high ethical standards and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred).
- 6–15 years of relevant experience in Travel Sales, Corporate Sales, Client Management, or Mobility Solutions.
- Experience in a Travel Management Company (TMC), Corporate Travel, Car Rental, Hospitality, or related B2B services will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
