Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Regional Head – Sales for our client, a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) travel company to drive regional revenue growth, lead sales initiatives, and manage key client relationships.
The role requires a professional who can identify business opportunities, build strong partnerships, and close high-value deals, while actively engaging with corporate clients and stakeholders across locations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive regional sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the MICE and corporate travel segment
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across the region
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue growth
Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to strengthen partnerships
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead negotiations and closure of high-value MICE deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements
Operational Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and travel plans
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for seamless client experience
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking platforms, and client meetings
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management
- Experience in MICE, travel, hospitality, or related industries is preferred
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development
