Education Qualification:
- B.SC/Diploma/BE in IT/Telecommunication/Computer Science
- Certifications in Radio, Voice, Data & Networking
Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in Cisco Voice Support. Should have experience as Technical lead providing solutions/escalation handling etc.
- Good understanding of L2/L3 switched campus environments
- An end-to-end QoS configuration/troubleshooting Cisco Call Manager, Unity 7.x 9.x, UCCX 7.x 9.X, SRST, Call Manager Express 8.x, Gateways, conferencing/transcoding and LDAP directory integration Voice trunking/signaling
- Should have experience in deploying new Virtual machines
- Strong hands-on experience with VoIP and/or Unified Communications technologies
- Experience in Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco SME and Unified Attendant Console Experience in Skype is plus
- Job would require configuration, troubleshooting, training and support to be conducted at the Customer premise
- Good spoken Communication and the ability to understand customer requirements, document them and communicate back to top authorities is required
- Members have to work in rotating shifts
