The General Manager (GM) – Real Estate is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the real estate business, including sales, marketing, operations, customer relationship management, business development, and profitability. The GM ensures the achievement of sales targets, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Oversee daily operations of the real estate business.

- Sales & Revenue Management
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase property sales and revenue.

- Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Team Leadership & People Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales and operational teams.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
- Marketing & Brand Development
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
- Ensure effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Strengthen the company's market presence and brand image.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the property buying and selling process.
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in real estate sales, operations, or business management.
- Proven experience in team leadership and business development.
