We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates across multiple channels, conducting screenings, and onboarding top talent. Key
Responsibilities:
Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media networks. Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess experience, salary fit, and communication skills.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Track candidate pipelines and maintain daily recruitment logs.
Assist with offer letters, document verification, and employee onboarding.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 0-1 year ( Fresher can also apply)
Education: 12+pass, Bachelor’s degree (Required) Proven experience using Indeed Resume, LinkedIn, and ATS tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
