Job Summary: The SAP IT and Systems Specialist is responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP systems. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the efficient operation of SAP applications and related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
System Implementation: Lead and manage SAP system implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using SAP systems.
System Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and business units to understand their requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
Compliance: Ensure that SAP systems comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in SAP system implementation and support.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with system upgrades and technical support.
Project management skills are a plus
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional travel to client sites.
May require working outside regular business hours to resolve critical issues.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
