We partner with colleges to deliver programs in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Full Stack Development, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Internship Programs.
We're looking for a dynamic College Relations Manager to expand our academic partnerships and strengthen our presence across engineering, degree, and professional colleges throughout Andhra Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, Faculty Coordinators, and Training & Placement Cells.
- Identify and develop new partnerships with educational institutions.
- Generate and manage MoUs for training programs, internships, workshops, and campus initiatives.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and seminars with colleges.
- Plan and coordinate technical workshops, bootcamps, career guidance sessions, hackathons, internship drives, and faculty development programs.
- Promote Calcyntra's technology training programs and achieve partnership targets.
- Conduct student awareness sessions on career opportunities and emerging technologies.
- Maintain regular communication with partner colleges and ensure successful execution of training programs.
- Track institutional visits, maintain reports, and update CRM or spreadsheets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA or related postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Andhra Pradesh for official meetings and campus engagements.

Regular travel across Andhra Pradesh and nearby regions will be required for official college visits and campus engagement activities. All approved official travel expenses will be fully reimbursed by the company.
