To ensure that products and manufacturing processes comply with customer requirements, company quality standards, statutory requirements, and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures through effective quality planning, inspections, audits, data analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

SECTION IV: Key Responsibilities
Responsibility
Frequency
Plan and execute Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspections for raw materials and bought-out components.
Daily
Conduct Final Quality Control (FQC) inspections before product dispatch.
Daily
Ensure adherence to inspection standards, work instructions, and quality procedures.
Daily
Monitor product quality during manufacturing processes and identify deviations.
Daily
Monitor implementation of 5S practices within the Quality department and assigned work areas.
Daily
Prepare and review Flash Quality Reports and circulate them to stakeholders.
Monthly
Validate new products during trial production and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Monthly
Analyze quality performance data and present findings during Product Quality Improvement Meetings (PQIM).
Weekly
Monitor Process Non-Conformances (PNC) and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Weekly
Investigate customer complaints and participate in Customer Complaint Review Meetings (CCRM).
Weekly
Track effectiveness of corrective actions until closure.
Weekly
Conduct Internal Process Audits as per the audit schedule.
Monthly / Half-Yearly
Perform Internal Quality Audits (IQA) in accordance with the annual audit plan.
Half-Yearly
Coordinate and support external audits including Customer Audits, ISO Audits, and Certification Audits.
Event Based
Prepare audit documents, records, and compliance evidence.
Event Based
Participate in Management Review Meetings (MRM) and present annual Quality Objectives performance.
Yearly
Prepare quality KPI reports including rejection, PPM, COPQ, customer complaints, supplier quality, and process capability.
Monthly
Support root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, and SPC.
As Required
Ensure calibration status of measuring instruments is maintained.
As Scheduled
Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, control plans, and quality reports.
Daily
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and customer complaints.
