About Us
Amalco Rail & Infra Pvt. Ltd. is a Railway infrastructure company specializing in Electrical, Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T), OFC, Earthing, Lightning Protection, Electrical Safety Systems, and allied Railway infrastructure works across India.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead multiple Railway projects, manage execution teams, coordinate with Railway authorities, and help build a highly efficient, technology-driven project organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple Railway project sites simultaneously.
* Plan, monitor and ensure timely execution of project milestones.
* Coordinate with Railway officials, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.
* Supervise Electrical, S&T, Telecom, OFC, Earthing, Lightning Protection and Cable Laying works.
* Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Supervisors and Site teams.
* Monitor project quality, safety, productivity and compliance with Railway specifications.
* Prepare and verify measurements, RA Bills, DPRs, project reports and execution documentation.
* Plan manpower, materials and equipment for efficient project execution.
* Improve project workflows by implementing technology, project management software and digital reporting systems.
* Strengthen inventory control, material tracking and store management processes.
* Drive continuous improvement across project execution and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* B.E. / B.Tech / MTech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
* 8–12 years of relevant experience in Railway, Government or Infrastructure projects.
- Applications from freshers will not be considered.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
* Railway Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T)
* Railway Electrical Works
* OFC Laying & Termination
* Earthing & Bonding Systems
* Lightning Protection Systems
* Surge Protection Systems
* Cable Laying & Termination
* Government / EPC Projects
* Multi-site project execution
Desired Skills
* Strong leadership and people management
* Excellent planning and coordination skills
* Experience managing Government contract execution
* Knowledge of Railway specifications and standards
* Good communication and stakeholder management
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools
* Experience with ERP, inventory or project management software is an added advantage
