We are a diversified business group with operations across GCC countries and India, engaged
in IT, hospitality, fitness, trading, distribution, and related commercial activities. As part of
our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to oversee
and manage multi-country financial operations, compliance, and reporting.
Job Summary
The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial management,
consolidation, compliance, and reporting of all group entities across GCC and India to the
CFO and the Managing Director as and when required. The role requires strong expertise in
IFRS, taxation (All GCC countries and India), financial consolidation, audits, and group-level
financial planning.
The ideal candidate will act as a key finance leader, ensuring accurate financial reporting,
regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, and strategic financial support to senior
management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Prepare and present consolidated financial statements for all group entities (GCC &
India).
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Manage inter-company reconciliations and eliminations.
- Prepare group-level financial reports.2. Accounting Standards & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with IFRS across all entities
- Oversee adherence to local accounting and regulatory standards in all GCC countries
and India.
- Coordinate statutory filings and financial reporting requirements
3. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
- Manage VAT compliance in all GCC countries.
- Manage and oversee all regulations of Zakat in KSA.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
- Oversee GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements in India.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and authorities as required.
- Keep themselves and the management updated on the latest and new rules and
regulations in each region.
4. Audit Management
- Coordinate and manage statutory and internal audits across all group companies.
- Liaise with external auditors (local and international firms) .
- Ensure timely resolution of audit queries and preparation of audit schedules.
5. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes for all entities.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
- Cost calculation analysis on sales.
- Planning Commission calculations with the help and advise of the CFO.
- Planning and advising group entities of the latest and new GCC laws on Gratuity6. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Oversee group cash flow planning and fund allocation.
- Prepare budget reports.
- Manage banking relationships and credit facilities.
- Monitor working capital and optimize liquidity across entities.
7. Internal Controls & Governance
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures across the group
- Strengthening internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Financial advising on loans.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards
8. ERP & Systems Management
- Ensure proper utilization of accounting and ERP systems across entities
- Support ERP implementation or upgrades where required
- Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
9. Team Leadership
- Supervise finance teams across GCC and India
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluation
- Build a strong, efficient, and accountable finance function
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountancy (CA completed – ICAI completed or equivalent such as
ACCA/CPA)
- Additional qualifications in IFRS, taxation, or CMA is an advantage
Experience Required
- Minimum 8–15 years post-qualification experience Strong experience in group accounting and financial consolidation
- Exposure to GCC (UAE/KSA/Oman/Bahrain) and India operations is mandatory
- Experience in trading, distribution, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred
- Prior experience in managing multi-entity finance functions
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial consolidation
- Expertise in UAE VAT, KSA VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, Oman and Bahrain Taxations
and Indian GST/Income Tax
- Advanced Excel and Financial Reporting Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Dynamics)

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
