We are looking for an experienced Flat Drip Machine Operator to handle our high-speed extrusion lines. The ideal candidate must have hands-on technical expertise in operating specific irrigation machinery, ensuring faultless product quality, and carrying out routine maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Smoothly operate and manage flat drip irrigation machinery. Experience with JJ Industries, SMT, or R.R. Plast machines is highly preferred.
- Production & Materials: Successfully run 0.20mm to 0.40mm flat drip lines using both 100% Virgin and Semi-Virgin raw materials.
- Quality Control: Maintain optimal machine performance to deliver standard, complaint-free quality products.
- Maintenance: Perform regular periodic maintenance and execute timely preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of solid experience as a Flat Drip Machine Operator.
- Technical Skill: Deep operational understanding of flat drip pipe manufacturing lines.
- Education: ITI / Diploma or equivalent practical technical experience.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
