About the Role
KidieLand is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy individual who is eager to work with AI-powered tools and support our day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with daily business tasks.
- Write effective prompts to generate content, product descriptions, emails, and reports using AI.
- List and manage products on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Create, edit, and update product information, images, and pricing.
- Maintain product databases and records using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Perform basic image and video editing for product listings and marketing materials.
- Assist in organizing digital files and maintaining documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Learn and adapt to new AI tools and software as required.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
- Ability to write clear prompts and use AI effectively for work-related tasks.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, data management).
- Familiarity with Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of product listing on e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Basic image editing skills using software such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Basic video editing skills using software like CapCut, Canva, VN Editor, or equivalent.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Computer Applications, or related fields preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience will be preferred.
- Prior exposure to AI tools or e-commerce operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
