About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into sales, and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
This role requires prior U.S. sales experience, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and understand the nuances of selling in the U.S. market, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own new customer acquisition by executing high-volume outbound prospecting with urgency, persistence, and exceptional sales execution.
- Build a predictable sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting, qualification, follow-up, and opportunity management.
- Close profitable business consistently while maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Operate with a championship mindset by taking full ownership of results, continuously sharpening sales skills, and raising the performance standard for the team.
Key Criteria / Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling to US-based B2B customers with a proven history of winning new business.
- Consistent achievement of 120%+ sales quota backed by measurable revenue performance.
- Top performer (Top 5–10%) with a demonstrated history of earning promotions, awards, or sales recognition.
- Fearless prospector who enjoys cold calling and can consistently complete 200+ outbound calls per day.
- Expert in CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, opportunity management, and sales forecasting.
- Prior experience selling logistics, freight, transportation, SaaS, or other complex B2B solutions is highly desirable.
