Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible Plant Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, ensure safe and efficient production, and maintain compliance with PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day CNG plant operations and activities.
- Monitor plant equipment, machinery, testing and maintenance activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with PESO, safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain plant registers, checklists, logbooks and inspection records.
- Monitor pressure, storage and dispensing systems.
- Coordinate with technicians and maintenance teams.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct routine plant inspections and report abnormalities.
- Coordinate emergency response and safety procedures.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in plant operations, preferably CNG/gas/industrial plants.
- Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. Science.
- Knowledge of plant safety and basic mechanical/process operations.
- Good supervisory, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
