Sales Manager – Logistics
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for Ad2Ship. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, onboarding D2C brands, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the logistics & shipping domain.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business leads and onboard D2C/eCommerce brands
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Understand client shipping requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions
* Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth onboarding
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
* Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates regularly
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in logistics, courier, SaaS, or eCommerce sales
* Strong understanding of shipping/logistics industry
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle B2B sales independently
* Target-driven and self-motivated personality
* Experience in D2C/eCommerce segment will be preferred
* Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
