Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters.
- Ensure timely onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment TAT and hiring targets.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
