Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions that enhance learners' communication, personality development, workplace readiness, and employability skills. The trainer will work with students, job seekers, and professionals to develop the confidence and competencies required to succeed in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities

- Design lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and group activities.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation.
- Collaborate with placement and academic teams to improve learner employability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative training methodologies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Fluent spoken English and Hindi.
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Ability to engage learners through interactive activities.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Corporate Training, English Language Training, or Learning & Development is an advantage.
- MBA, MA (English), B.Ed., or related qualifications are preferred.

- Experience in Skill Development, EdTech, Colleges, Universities, Corporate Training, or Placement Training.
- Experience training fresh graduates, students, and working professionals.
- Familiarity with employability and industry readiness programs.
