- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor daily sales activities and Cold calling for 50+ prospect Daily.
- Generate Daily 10 new appointment and Schedule for Booking.
- Maintain healthy relation with client
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and arrange and sales skill training.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
