Core Responsibilities
- Sales Forecasting: Analyse historical sales data, seasonality, and market trends to build accurate, unbiased demand forecasts at SKU and aggregate levels.
- Promotional Planning: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate upcoming trade promotions, marketing campaigns, and new product launches into the forecast
- Inventory Optimization: Monitor Stock on Hand (SOH), In-Market Sales (IMS), and safety stock levels to minimize excess inventory and product waste (spoilage)
- S&OP / IBP Participation: Lead and support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, aligning demand plans with supply chain capabilities and financial targets.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor metrics such as Forecast Accuracy (FA) and Forecast Bias, reporting variances and adjusting plans accordingly.
- Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain disruptions, such as material shortages or sudden demand spikes, and develop corrective action plans
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
