A Computer Operator-Billing perform duties such as compiling, analyzing and recording bills, preparing and issuing invoices and providing customer service.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key Result Areas - KRA)
MAJOR FUNCTIONS: (Key Performance Indicators - KPI)
· Responsible for bill checking and its entry in software.
· Undertake all the gold related scheme entry and its closing
· Responsible for checking network connectivity and system functioning
· Responsible for trouble shooting network issues and system error
· Should enter the details of item receipt and issue in software.
· Responsible for software updation.
· Responsible for checking the report of daily transactions in software.
· Should generate the reports from software and sent to the concerned.
· Back the daily transactions and execute the day closing in software.
· Should check the mails and reply accordingly.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES
· Proven experience as billing clerk or general accounting experience
· Proficient in MS Office
· Excellent math ability
· Good organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Plustwo/Graduation Degree in any Discipline.
· Work experience as a retail billing or in a similar role.
Location : Willing to work anywhere in Kerala (Food & Accomodation will be provided)
