About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Mathematics Teacher to prepare students for JEE and other engineering entrance examinations. The candidate will be responsible for delivering concept-focused, exam-oriented Mathematics classes, developing advanced problem-solving skills, conducting assessments, and mentoring students to achieve excellent competitive-exam results.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics concepts for JEE Main and JEE Advanced in a structured and engaging manner.
Plan and complete the prescribed syllabus within the academic schedule.
Develop strong conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, and mathematical problem-solving abilities.
Solve and explain JEE-level MCQs, numerical problems, previous-year questions, and advanced problems.
Prepare worksheets, assignments, question banks, practice papers, and study materials.
Conduct regular tests, mock examinations, and assessments.
Analyse student performance and identify individual learning gaps.
Conduct regular doubt-solving and remedial sessions.
Train students in speed, accuracy, shortcut techniques, and effective problem-solving strategies.
Teach students how to approach complex and multi-concept questions.
Keep students updated with JEE examination patterns, syllabus, and question trends.
Monitor student progress and maintain academic performance records.
Coordinate with Physics and Chemistry faculty for integrated JEE preparation.
Motivate and mentor students to maintain consistency and confidence throughout their preparation.

Required Qualifications
M.Sc. / M.Math / B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent qualification with strong Mathematics background.
B.Ed. is an advantage, where applicable.
Strong command over JEE-level Mathematics and advanced problem-solving.
Prior experience teaching JEE aspirants will be highly preferred.
Experience in coaching institutes or competitive-exam preparation is desirable.
