Purchase Executive – End-to-End Procurement & Import Coordination
Location: Sector 10, Rohini, Delhi
We are looking for a Purchase Executive who can independently manage the complete Purchase Department, including procurement, import/container planning, inventory coordination, and material delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete purchase activities from material requirement to final delivery.
- Plan and coordinate import/container requirements, including container utilization and loading schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for container planning, loading, dispatch, and shipment status.
- Track material delivery status and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate with the Stores Team for stock availability, inward material, and stock updates.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify reorder and purchase requirements.
- Maintain stock vs. purchase requirement tracking to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Source and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate rates, quality, credit terms, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Logistics, and Management.
- Monitor material quality, quantity, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
- Maintain purchase records, MIS reports, vendor documentation, and delivery tracking.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate sourcing options.
Requirements
- Graduate with 2–5 years of Purchase/Procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in import purchase, container planning, loading coordination, or logistics preferred.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, inventory planning, and Excel/MIS skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Must be capable of independently handling the complete Purchase function from requirement planning to material receipt and stock update.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
