CRM Executive (Customer Relationship & Operations Tracking) – Yamaha Dealership
We are hiring proactive and responsible CRM Executives who will not only manage customer communication but also track internal operations, employee tasks, and performance across showroom and workshop.
This role is critical for ensuring smooth coordination between teams, timely follow-ups, and maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer follow-ups for sales and service (calls / WhatsApp)
- Track all leads, inquiries, bookings, and service customers regularly
- Collect customer feedback and manage NPS (Promoters / Detractors)
- Follow up with dissatisfied customers and ensure proper issue resolution
- Track daily work status of employees (Sales team, CRM, Workshop staff)
- Take regular updates from team members on assigned tasks (calls, deliveries, pending work)
- Maintain task tracker (Google Sheets / CRM) with real-time status updates
- Ensure all pending tasks are followed up and completed on time
- Monitor employee performance (follow-ups, conversions, task completion)
- Highlight delays, pending work, and performance gaps to management
- Coordinate between showroom, workshop, and management for smooth workflow
- Track customer journey from inquiry to delivery and service follow-up
- Maintain accurate and updated customer and task data
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in CRM / telecalling / operations coordination
- Strong follow-up and task tracking mindset (very important)
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Comfortable handling both customers and internal staff coordination
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (data tracking)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure discipline
Preferred:
- Experience in automobile dealership
- Knowledge of NPS, customer feedback systems, or CRM tools
- Experience in team coordination / operations tracking
