Should have prior experience in Factory Management (Food Industry is preferred)
Should have good communication skills
Should be good on People management
Should have good knowledge of Production standards
Should handle ands coordinate with team regarding shift allocation and production
Should oversee the operations of other factories across south India
Should be flexible in Travelling
