Job Title: Dispatch Executive
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Executive to manage and oversee dispatch and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished goods. The role requires strong coordination skills and hands-on experience with dispatch documentation and transporter management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch operations in line with production and sales plans
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for smooth material movement
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and LR copies
- Ensure proper loading, packing, and labeling of materials
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and timely dispatch
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Handle dispatch-related customer coordination and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with GST, statutory norms, and company policies
- Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Support audits and continuous process improvements
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes
- Hands-on experience with GST and e-way bill generation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines
Educational Qualification:
MBA / B.Tech / BE (Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain preferred)
Industry Preference:
Manufacturing / Packaging / FMCG / Pharma / Engineering
