Preference: Jaipur's Candidate
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate/Master's Degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and brand communication strategies.
-Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to ensure timely project delivery.
-Plan, coordinate, and monitor digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
-Track campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend strategic improvements.
-Develop and review presentations, reports, branding content, and communication materials.
-Collaborate with creative, content, media, and technical teams for seamless execution.
-Ensure quality standards, project timelines, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
-Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging digital trends.
-Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and insights to clients and senior management.
-Contribute to business growth through innovative marketing and communication initiatives.
-Foster effective coordination between internal teams and client representatives.
Required Skills:
✅ Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Brand Communication.
✅ Proven leadership and team management abilities.
✅ Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
✅ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and relevant digital tools.
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced client-site environment.
✅ High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
