We are looking for an experienced CNC programmer with hands-on knowledge of Mitsubishi CNC control systems. The candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and optimizing CNC machines for precision machining operations while ensuring quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare CNC programs using Mitsubishi control systems.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining methods.
- Perform machine setup, prove-out, and first-piece inspection.
- Optimize machining cycle time and reduce material wastage.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot programming and machine-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of programs and process sheets.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mitsubishi CNC controls.
- Experience in CNC turning and/or VMC machining.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / BE Mechanical Engineering.
- Certification in CNC programming preferred.
Experience
- 2 to 6 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operations.
Pay: ₹12,347.30 - ₹30,000.00 per month
