Job Summary
We are looking for a CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines for manufacturing operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of machine operations, measuring instruments, and production processes. Freshers with willingness to learn are also welcome.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines as per production requirements
- Load and unload raw materials/components into machines
- Monitor machine operations and ensure quality output
- Perform basic machine setting and tool changes
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.
- Maintain production records and daily reports
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of machines/work area
- Report machine issues or defects to supervisors
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of CNC machine operation
- Knowledge of measuring instruments
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings (preferred)
- Good learning attitude and teamwork
- Basic problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI Turner / Fitter / Machinist / CNC Operator
- Diploma or B.E/B.tech engineering
