Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete rental lifecycle, including inventory planning, dispatch, deployment, returns, and asset utilization.
- Develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve sales targets for IT infrastructure rental solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, partners and key accounts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close rental agreements.
- Coordinate with technical, logistics, procurement and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory availability, operational efficiency and service quality while optimizing costs.
- Handle customer queries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and contract renewals.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, establish processes, and drive continuous improvement.
