Job Purpose/Overview:
At Codeguardian.AI, we are looking for a GeM Executive to manage and enhance our presence on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform. The candidate will be responsible for handling GeM registrations, product listings, projects shortlisting, bid submissions, and compliance with government procurement guidelines. This role is crucial for expanding our reach within government organizations and ensuring seamless execution of government tenders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage company registration and vendor profile on the GeM portal.
- Upload and maintain product and service listings in compliance with GeM guidelines.
- Identify and track government tenders, RFQs, and bidding opportunities relevant to cybersecurity products and services.
- Prepare and submit bids, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for government contracts.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies, procurement rules, and contract obligations.
- Monitor order processing, invoicing, and timely delivery of goods/services through GeM.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, sales) for smooth execution of GeM transactions.
- Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and procurement processes for audits and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest policies, guidelines, and amendments related to GeM.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in handling GeM portal operations, government tenders, or e-procurement.
- Strong understanding of GeM policies, public procurement rules, and government bidding processes.
- Proficiency in using GeM portal, e-tendering platforms, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of government contract compliance.
