About the Role
We're hiring a Visa Counsellor for our Sirsa branch, with a clear path to Centre Head as you build a track record. You'll counsel students and families on overseas study options from Day 1, and take on branch operations, reporting, and local referral-network building as you grow into the role. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for someone rooted in Sirsa who wants to build something close to home rather than relocate. Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling (primary, from Day 1):
- Counsel students and families on study visas for Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, and New Zealand
- Conduct walk-in counselling sessions and structured follow-up
- Handle student documentation, application coordination, and pre-departure briefings
Branch Operations (scales up as you grow into Centre Head):
- Support daily branch coordination and weekly reporting to the Cluster Head
- Build referral relationships with local schools, colleges, and community contacts in and around Sirsa
- Take on full branch ownership — team coordination, compliance, reporting — with direct mentorship as you're ready
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; Master's a plus, not required
- 1–3 years in overseas education counselling, immigration services, or student-facing sales/advisory roles — freshers with strong communication and a genuine interest in this field are encouraged to apply
- Branch or team management experience is a plus, not a prerequisite — training provided
- Fluent in Hindi; working English an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable working independently
- Local knowledge of Sirsa and surrounding areas strongly preferred
