About the Role
Next Level Decor is looking for a highly organized and proactive Catalog & Product Information Executive to manage our product catalogs, price lists, and product information database. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, learning new products, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of product catalogs (ordering, receiving, issuing, tracking, collecting, maintaining, and replacing).
- Maintain daily records of catalogs issued, received, pending returns, damaged, and newly received, and submit a daily activity report.
- Brand all incoming catalogs with Next Level Decor stickers before they are issued or displayed.
- Monitor catalog inventory and coordinate procurement of new and replacement catalogs.
- Prepare and regularly update product price lists based on new catalogs and revised supplier rates.
- Maintain accurate digital records of catalogs, products, and pricing using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Communicate new products, catalogs, price revisions, and product updates to the sales team through WhatsApp groups and internal communication channels.
- Organize and maintain catalog displays across all showroom locations.
- Develop strong product knowledge by studying new collections and supplier catalogs.
- Conduct basic Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions for the sales team whenever new products or collections are introduced.
- Coordinate with suppliers, purchase, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product information is always up to date.
- Travel to our OMR branch approximately twice a month for catalog updates and audits. Travel to other branches, including Salem, may be required as business needs evolve.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on catalog inventory, pending returns, price list updates, and new product introductions.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Quick learner with an interest in interior products, building materials, or home décor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently.
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Preferred
- Experience with laminates, veneers, plywood, decorative panels, aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, or interior products will be an added advantage.
