Position: Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:
- Protect property and people by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Report suspicious behaviors and happenings to the supervisor or management.
- Check surveillance cameras periodically.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Ensure all security and safety equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist during emergencies like fire, medical issues, or evacuations.
- Maintain daily logbooks and reports.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
- Prior security experience preferred.
- Physically fit and mentally alert.
- Should be disciplined and well-groomed.
- Basic knowledge of handling security equipment (like walkie-talkie, CCTV).
- Age limit: 21–45 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of security guards.
- Prepare and maintain duty rosters and ensure guards are properly deployed.
- Conduct training and briefing sessions for guards.
- Ensure proper discipline, grooming, and performance of guards.
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems.
- Handle site emergencies and coordinate with local authorities if required.
- Inspect security equipment and ensure regular maintenance.
- Submit daily reports to management.
- Manage visitor management systems and vehicle entries if applicable.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/ 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Knowledge of firefighting, first aid, and emergency response preferred.
- Familiar with security protocols and report writing.
