Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to support accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, coordinating with logistics and dispatch teams, managing export-related financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations including entries, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain records related to manufacturing expenses, dispatch costs, freight charges, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and verify export invoices, shipping-related documents, and payment records.
- Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams regarding shipment-related accounts and expenses.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts regularly.
- Assist in GST, TDS, export documentation, and other statutory compliance work.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport vendors, and international clients for payment and documentation support.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense summaries, and monthly financial data.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting and export-related records.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company financial procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or export industry.
- Knowledge of export billing, freight accounting, and logistics-related financial processes.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
