We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team. Candidates should have experience in USA Trucking / Logistics and a good understanding of AR and billing processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Mandatory experience in USA Trucking / Logistics
- Good knowledge of invoicing, billing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation
- Experience with PODs, rate confirmations, and freight billing is preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
- TMS or trucking software experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customer invoices
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers
- Maintain AR records and aging reports
- Post and reconcile payments
- Resolve billing and payment-related issues
- Coordinate with Operations and Billing teams
- Maintain accurate financial records
