Job description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - History to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) while fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Curriculum Development
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in History as per CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to evaluate student performance.
- Incorporate interactive and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning.
- Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and project-based learning.
Student Engagement & Development
- Encourage critical thinking and discussion among students.
- Provide individualized support and mentorship to students.
- Organize educational field trips, debates, and historical/geographical research projects.
Classroom & School Activities
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary learning approaches.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree (MA/MSc) in History + B.Ed (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and smart classroom technology.
- Passion for teaching and student development.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
