As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Manager – North to lead and scale our business operations across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and drive overall sales performance across the North India region.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team including ASMs, Sales Executives, and BDEs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinics, hospitals, distributors, and dealers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution networks to strengthen market presence.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales data, forecasts, team performance, and regional insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and deliver high standards of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability.
- Ability to manage large territories and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of field sales operations and channel management.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or dental industry preferred.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience handling North India region is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and drive teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
